Bacon.  Cheese.  Sour Cream.  Green Onion.  Potatoe.  

Do I really have to go any further?  C'mon, I cannot think of a better flavor combination!  Not to mention, I think all four food groups are represented here, so what could be better to serve friends and family at your next get together or tailgate than a platter full of POTATO SKINS?

As promised, I have a couple of Starfish Cottage Updates/Announcements!!

This October I will be running a little series called "Top Ten Simple Seasonal Pleasures for Fall" highlighting wonderful ideas for decorating and entertaining this fall.  I will also (God-willing) be busy packing/renovating and moving into our new home this October.  I plan on taking a ton of photos and when the dust starts to settle will start posting some photos of the new house during the month of November. 

We are entering a very busy time with the new house, the move and the holidays so get ready!  I am very excited and can't wait to share every bit of the journey with you all.
