Rustic Coastal Elegance

For this project, my clients wanted a coastal look with lots of driftwood, grey and pops of blue.  Whitewashed wood floors and neutral walls provided a gorgeous backdrop to everything we did.  The Great Room was a large two story space with a seating area and formal bar.  To accent the tall ceiling height, we hung a gallery of nine blue coral watercolor prints- gorgeous!

The opposite wall has a large console topped with a tall mirror flanked by two silver leaf panels.  One of my favorite things are the pair of contemporary acrylic lamps on the console.

We continued the rustic coastal look, though going a bit more “nautical” in the clients less formal areas.  Using a mix of greys, blacks, khaki and pops of blue, including a gorgeous blue rug.  Here’s a few before and afters:
